Return Policy

The deposit is not refundable on goods that require an order, on mattresses or on special constructions.

Returns of goods that have been inspected and received by the Customer are also not accepted.
In case of a Return, contact must be made with the Company beforehand and ONLY IF THE PACKAGING IS UNTOUCHED. Products that have been opened and you simply wish to "change" are not exchanged.

In case of import from a country, the period required is from 20 to 100 days, with an average waiting time of 45 days.

The courts of Athens are responsible for any dispute.
Delivery and assembly are ONLY valid if there is access to the site. Ropes from verandas, etc. are not used. The customer must calculate the spaces and have informed the Company, otherwise a forklift must be used at the customer's expense or the customer must arrange for transportation, with a transport company of his choice. Otherwise, the Goods are delivered to the point where there is access or are returned to the warehouses until their transportation is arranged again at the customer's expense.
NO CHANGES are made to "OFFER-STOCK" products.
In the case of assembly - assembly by us, the space must be free of the customer's old furniture or the company must have been notified in advance.
